Kerry vs Bush?
06.30.04 (11:38 am)   [edit]
This coming election seems hopeless to me.

If Kerry wins, we have someone with half a brain running our country (but i'll say he's not as dumb as Gore is, sorry Gore fans).

If Bush wins, either Bush could rebuild our nation or destroy us all for the hell of it.

Im really clueless in who to vote for. Part of me doesn't want any of the responsibility of what disaster comes from who wins.:?

So im left to ask you... who are you going to vote for?

KERRY or BUSH?

We already have a president without a brain. Cheney pulls the strings for him. Its hard to imagine anything worse.

Kerry stood up against the Vietnam War after he actually fought in it and saw the problems we had. At least we know where he stands on the issues.

Bush tells us one thing and does the oposite. Bush lied to us about the Energy crisis in California, the Iraq War and his efforts after 9/11. How can anyone trust him?

I'm going to vote AGAINST Bush. It's a shame that I have to make that distinction but that's the sad reality of politics in America now. At least the Democrats will listen to the public and we have a fighting chance of producing some real change in this country in regards to health care and environmental issues. But there's no guarantee.

Bush, no thanks. Umm, can't vote, only 13. Ha, ha. But I would totally go against Bush.

Seeing as I'm British I cant vote, but if I could I'd vote Bush, even tho I despise the man. But Kerry just doesn't do it for me... better the devil you know and all that.... :)

It really is a matter of choosing the lesser of two evils anyway, right? I think all politicians are crooked, but I'm going to vote Kerry just because I think we need a fresh face in the white house. Unless we finally get someone in office that people can relate to and like, I feel it's good to have frequent rotation. (Yeah, dumb reason I know, but that's how I feel)

frikkin people and there lack of support for our president, the leader of our country, there comes a point where you shut your mouth and stand as a country and follow your leader, show some freakin loyalty.. stand together... its not easy to run a country.. look around, are we in bad shape? really though, the super power of the world and we are bitching, why?? do we have hardship? people live people die, people join the military, its a choice they make, there was no draft, if they die it was for their country, lets not down play that.

i like opinionated people :) they make me think!

and... i guess you didnt hear... but Bush wants to do a draft next summer if things continue on (ages 18-25? i believe) which means all my best friends may be drafted and if the woman law is passed me too.

this may sound selfish but i dont want to lose the only people i have left to care about over a cause i dont truely understand myself.

Why vote its over for america. With the rest of world is agianist America. The worst person to fight is someone who has nothing to lose. If it comes to a battle such as what i have said do really think the privileged americans will fight. I don't think so they will get on there private plane and leave this country. I think it's becasue they think they are the ones with the most to loose. While the other people losses can't even have a comparssion. When you billions of dollars you try and preserve it. While other people struggle to just to live day to day. The wealthly people set polices and say i think you should do it my way. But how can someone with this huge amount of disposible income tell some with very little income this is how i think you should live your life. Sometimes this people need to experince what it is like. Not just a few hours how bout a year. And see if your polices you want me to follow work for you.
America is like every other empire it's fall is inevitable.

As much as it pains me to say it, Bush. ::cringe:: I don't think that Kerry is capable of getting us out of our messes...he's so incompetent that he can't even make a decision and stick with it. At least Bush does what he says he's going to do so there aren't any surprises.

Ignore the compaigning and mudslinging and don't worry about it right now. What if one of them died before then and you've worried for nothing. Start thinking about it in October and make sure you are at least registered. Then flip a coin and don't tell anyone who you voted for.
